Q. What type of resort is Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres?
Is an all-inclusive resorts which offers: All you can eat (7 gourmet restaurants), All you can drink (unlimited premium liquor, mixed drinks, daiquiris, and non-alcoholic beverages), Entertainment (the resort will have daily and nightly activities including shows and a night club).
Q. Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are outdoors.
​Q. What Should I Wear?
The bride & groom request to wear Beach Formal Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses/sundresses, and sandals.
Resort dress code for restaurants:
The resort restaurants require appropriate dress attire. No bathing suits, flip-flops, etc.

Q. Will children be attending the wedding?
While we love all of your children, we have decided to limit the children in attendance for all wedding festivities to the wedding party only. Thank you for your understanding!

Q. What are the suggested travel dates?
We suggest guests stay from at least from July 14th to July 18th to enjoy all wedding festivities. However, feel free to vacation for as long as you'd like.

Q. When should I book my flight? What is the best way to find good flight deals?
We suggest that each guest book their flights sooner rather than later. The later guests wait to book their flights, the higher the risk for future cancellation or flight price increases.
Q. Which airport I should arrive/depart from?
When searching for flights, the airport you are flying to is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
Q. Can I upgrade my room?
Absolutely! As long as the resort has availability for your travel dates.
Q. Should I purchase travel protection?
We recommend booking travel protection along with your itinerary from out travel agent. If you are looking for independent, outside coverage that is purchased separately, please do your research and book with any trusted travel protection provider as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are non-refundable, except through qualified travel protection reimbursements.
Q. Does Mexico charge any mandatory governmental fees?
Several Municipalities in Cancun, Riviera Maya and Isla Mujeres have enacted an Environmental Tax to help maintain beaches and ecosystems. This tax is not included in any packages and therefore may be assessed directly by the hotel upon check out. The cost of the tax is approximately $1.30 USD, per night, per room.
There is also a new Cancun Tourism Tax:
Effective April 1, 2021, arriving international visitors to the Cancun (CUN) airport will be required to pay $11 for the privilege of visiting Cancun and surrounding areas.
Q. What are the COVID-19 guidelines for entry and return to the US?
Unfortunately, regulation guidelines change very frequently. We will keep the group posted of any and all updates as it relates to the latest COVID-19 entry and exit requirements when it is closer to travel.
